Policy
Catalogues ship as full sets, so we handle issues as order claims rather than individual size exchanges.
If a set arrives with a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong-piece dispatch, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99250 60511 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement of the affected pieces or a credit note.
Claimed goods should be unsold and in their original packing with tags intact. We don't offer individual size exchanges, since each set already covers the complete size run.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 99250 60511; any advance paid for the cancelled portion is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Once a set has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but approved defect or short-dispatch claims are settled by replacement of the affected pieces, a credit note, or a refund.
Every catalogue lists its size ratio, colours, fabric and rates. If anything is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you confirm a set — we're always glad to help you choose.
