This website is operated by PANTH CREATION, trading as White Rose (GSTIN 24ATRPK0618A2Z2), Surat, Gujarat. By using this site or placing an enquiry/order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

White Rose is a business-to-business wholesale supplier. Catalogues are sold by the full set (all sizes and colours) to retailers, resellers and businesses — not to individual consumers. By ordering, you confirm you are buying in the course of business and, where applicable, provide a valid GSTIN.

Each catalogue is sold as a 'set' covering its stated size ratio and colours. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is shown on every catalogue. Stock is subject to availability; 'made to order' items are produced after confirmation within the lead time we quote.

Rates are wholesale/trade rates in Indian Rupees and may change without notice; the rate we confirm on WhatsApp at the time of your order applies. All orders are billed with GST. We accept UPI and bank transfer; orders are confirmed against an advance or agreed terms. Freight is usually to-pay or quoted before dispatch.

You browse catalogues here and enquire over WhatsApp. An order becomes a binding contract only once we acknowledge and confirm it (stock, rate, GST and dispatch) on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or details can't be verified — and any advance for the cancelled portion is refunded.

Dispatch and delivery are covered in our Shipping & Dispatch policy, and defects, claims, cancellations and refunds in our Returns & Claims policy. Please read both — they form part of these terms.

We describe and photograph our catalogues as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour (from screens, lighting and the natural character of fabrics) is normal and is not a defect.

All designs, prints, photographs, text and the White Rose name and marks on this site are the property of PANTH CREATION and may not be copied, reproduced or resold under another label without our written permission. Our catalogue designs are original and made in-house.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
